Delayed Orders

Lost Packages
If tracking does not confirm delivery and your package appears to be lost, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:
- Around your property
- With household members
- With neighbours
- With building staff or reception
- At any designated secure delivery area
Then contact the carrier and Moodu if the package still cannot be located.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the following before discarding anything:
- Outer packaging
- Shipping label
- Product
- Damaged areas

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Where applicable, customs charges, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges may apply depending on the destination and fulfillment route.
