REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Moodu, we want you to feel confident when placing an order. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused or only inspected as reasonably necessary
  • Returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please include your full name, order number, and reason for the return.

Do not send a product back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from an error by Moodu.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Photos of the shipping packaging and shipping label, where applicable

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement parts, a replacement product, repair assistance, a refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Please do not discard the product, packaging, shipping label, accessories, or damaged components until the claim has been resolved.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

Where appropriate, you may return an eligible product according to this policy and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly after purchase.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipment.

Orders That Do Not Arrive

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and tracking does not confirm successful delivery, contact us at:

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment provider and provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Refused Deliveries

Please do not refuse delivery without first contacting us.

Where permitted by applicable law, costs resulting from an unauthorized refused delivery may be deducted from any refund otherwise due.

Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return unless defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been materially used, damaged, altered, or modified after delivery
  • Items missing substantial components, accessories, or original parts
  • Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow product instructions
